This isn't like any other vacation....This is a lux vacation where you are and your partner spend 5 days with 4 other couples and 2 facilitators masterminding and co creating your ideal relationship.
Yes we will go deep, but KNOW that we are in the energy of EXPANSION, GROWTH, POWER, JOY, EXCITEMENT + LOVE.

I am a somatic breathwork facilitator and embodiment and empowerment coach for women. I am the host of the Reclaimed podcast, sharing conversations with women around the world about what it means to reclaim your power .
After a 15 year career as a personal trainer, fitness competitor, sponsored athlete and international fitness writer and model for dozens of magazines ( truly living my 19 year old self dream) I realized here was SO MUCH MORE ... and this all felt so superficial and surface level.... from there I discovered breathwork and somatic work and burned it allll to the ground 🔥🔥🔥
My mission is to remind a million women of their innate power + wisdom and to invite them to RECLAIM IT ALLLLLL
Meet Cam
Cam MacDougall is the founder of Inbodied Performance. At Inbodied he helps men all over the world get stronger, faster, more powerful and locked in to their mission and purpose. From business men, to high-octane sales reps and athletes, he provides the physical and mental support required to take their goals and ambitions to the next level.
Lemme tell ya... This man is no bullshit. He is all about taking action and producing results. If it's airy, fairy he doesn't want anything to do with it. He is straight up, tells his clients like it is and prides himself on this ability to locate their blindspots and then empower them to find the perfect formula to improve them.
He is on a mission to optimize the lives of 10,000 men through his private coaching, group programs and proprietary Inbodied App.
On a more personal note, this man loves his dogs, climbing high mountains, surfing big waves and ridding fast bikes. He loves having fun and is obsessed with seeing how far he can push the limits in his life.
